1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "you" or "your") and 877bit (hereinafter "877bit", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 877bit website accessible at https://877bit.cam and all associated services, products and features offered thereon.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet or otherwise accessing any part of the 877bit platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the platform.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English-language version and any translation, the English text shall prevail.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the 877bit website, mobile interface and all associated gaming and betting services accessible at https://877bit.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a User on the Platform.
• "User" / "Player" means any natural person who has registered or is accessing the Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a User that are available for wagering and withdrawal, net of any active bonus restrictions.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens or bonus funds credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per promotion) must be wagered before it can be converted to a withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process by which 877bit verifies the identity, age and other relevant details of a User in accordance with applicable regulatory obligations.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering obligations applicable to the operator.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the official currency of Pakistan.
• "Self-Exclusion" means the voluntary process by which a User requests that their Account be suspended or closed for a defined period for responsible gambling purposes.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is restricted, prohibited or unlicensed.

3. Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Access to 877bit is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction before registering an account. 877bit takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any Account found to be held by or accessed by a minor will be immediately closed and all funds therein will be forfeited without exception.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using 877bit is lawful in your jurisdiction. The Platform does not accept registrations from Users located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are not in a Prohibited Jurisdiction and that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating or operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

3.4 Beneficial Use

You must register and use the Account exclusively for your own personal entertainment. Use of an Account on behalf of a third party, or registering using another person's identity or payment details, is strictly forbidden.

4. Registration & Account Management

4.1 Registration Process

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested by the Platform. You agree to notify 877bit promptly of any changes to the information held on your Account.

4.2 KYC Verification

877bit is required to verify the identity of all Users prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to accepting deposits above specified thresholds. You agree to submit, upon request, a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport), proof of address and, where applicable, documentation relating to your source of funds. Failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner may result in Account restriction or closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party;
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Contact 877bit support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link) if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

877bit will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any communication purporting to be from 877bit requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

4.4 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the support team. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules before closure. Real Money Balances above any applicable minimum withdrawal threshold will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods supported by the Platform. Payment channel references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are provided on the Platform as contextual guidance only. These institutions do not endorse, support or affiliate with online gambling. Actual available deposit methods are displayed in the cashier section and may vary from time to time.

Deposits are typically credited to your Account promptly upon confirmation. 877bit accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published in the cashier section and may vary by payment method. All amounts are denominated in PKR or their equivalent as displayed.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC identity verification to the satisfaction of 877bit;
• Compliance with any applicable wagering requirements on active bonus balances;
• Withdrawal to a payment method in your own name that matches the name on your verified Account;
• Submission of any additional documentation requested for AML compliance purposes.

Processing times vary by payment method and are published in the cashier section. 877bit reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.

5.3 Currency

The primary reference currency on the Platform is the Pakistani Rupee (PKR). Where transactions are processed in a different currency, conversion rates applied will be those available at the time of the transaction and may include a conversion fee as disclosed in the cashier section.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

877bit may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers and other promotions from time to time. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer as well as the general terms set out in this section. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement or Rollover) before they can be converted to a withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. As an illustrative example only: a bonus of PKR 5,000 subject to a 30× wagering requirement would require total qualifying wagers of PKR 150,000 before withdrawal eligibility is reached.

6.3 Bonus Restrictions

While a Bonus Balance is active, the following restrictions apply unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Maximum Bet: A cap on the maximum single bet permitted during bonus wagering, which will be stated in the promotion terms. Exceeding this cap may result in voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games and sports markets may contribute a lower percentage as stated in the applicable terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Any unwagered bonus balance and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Cash-out: Certain promotions cap the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus winnings. This cap will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

6.4 Abuse and Misuse

877bit reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; making low-risk bets designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements; using automated tools to identify or exploit bonus conditions; and any other conduct deemed by 877bit, in its sole discretion, to constitute abuse of the promotions system.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. You are solely responsible for reviewing the details of any bet — including the selection, odds, stake amount and market — before confirming placement. 877bit does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error.

7.2 Odds and Markets

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment of confirmation are the odds at which the bet is accepted. 877bit reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time without prior notice, including during live in-play events.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including, but not limited to: an event being cancelled or abandoned; an obvious pricing error; market suspension prior to settlement; duplicate bet placement due to technical error; or where the outcome is affected by circumstances outside the scope of the market as defined.

7.4 Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the applicable sport or game rules and the specific market rules published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of 877bit's trading team, reached after review of all available evidence, shall be final.

7.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, market, event and Account status. 877bit reserves the right to apply individual Account limits at its sole discretion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Breach of any of the following provisions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

1. Registering more than one Account or registering on behalf of, or in the name of, another person;
2. Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to place bets or interact with the Platform;
4. Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, miscalculated odds or promotional loopholes;
5. Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or coordinated group play designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome;
6. Using the Platform for any money laundering or fraud-related purpose;
7. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited;
8. Sharing Account credentials with or transferring funds to another Account;
9. Engaging in abusive, threatening or harassing conduct toward support staff or other users;
10. Any conduct that 877bit, in its sole and reasonable discretion, considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Users.

9. Responsible Gambling

877bit is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we provide a range of tools designed to support all Users in maintaining a healthy relationship with gambling.

9.1 Available Tools

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users at no charge, accessible from the Account settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the net losses you can sustain over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic in-session alerts displaying your net win/loss position.
• Cooling-off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period of days.
• Self-Exclusion: Block access to your Account for an extended period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

9.2 Adults-Only Access

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, repost or use the content of the Platform for public or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of 877bit.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability

877bit makes no warranty that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted or free from errors. Access to the Platform may be suspended temporarily for maintenance, technical upgrades or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, third-party server failures or force majeure events.

11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 877bit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or any other intangible losses.

11.3 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. 877bit accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of your gambling activity. You assume full and sole responsibility for all bets placed under your Account.

11.4 Third-Party Services

The Platform may rely on third-party services including payment processors, game studios and data providers. 877bit accepts no liability for the acts or omissions of such third parties beyond what is required by applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data Processing

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy sets out in detail how 877bit collects, processes, stores and uses your personal data, including information collected during KYC verification, account operation and payment processing.

In summary, 877bit processes your personal data for the purposes of providing the Platform's services, verifying your identity, processing payments, preventing fraud and money laundering, meeting regulatory obligations, and improving the Platform's products and services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

13. Amendments to These Terms

877bit reserves the right to amend, modify or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will indicate the date on which they were last reviewed.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in section 4.4.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by 877bit

877bit reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, collusion or money laundering; provision of false information; failure to complete KYC verification; or if required to do so by a competent legal authority.

14.2 Consequences of Termination

Upon termination for cause, all Bonus Balances and associated winnings shall be forfeited. Real Money Balances may be returned to the User's verified payment method at 877bit's discretion, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC and AML checks and deduction of any amounts owed to 877bit.

14.3 Survival of Terms

Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, prohibited conduct and governing law shall survive any termination of these Terms or closure of a User's Account.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 877bit is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform's services shall, in the first instance, be submitted to 877bit's customer support team for resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal support channels within a reasonable period, the parties agree to explore available alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
